NICA Team Manager – Nicaragua

Jaime runs the IAP program under the direction of Claudia Tinoco and a little help from Gina. Jaime is the youngest member of our NICA team, but has proven her desire to learn and excel quickly. She manages attendance and helps resolves conflicts inside the groups. Our number one goal is to teach people to change their mentality from individualistic to more of a team approach. After all, it is the only way communities are revitalized. Jaime also is in charge of making the materials order each quarter to compensate the participants of the program.
