NICA’s team is growing and developing. Currently, we have a group of well-rounded directors who make decisions about operations, fundraising and spending. In addition to that group, we have a strong team in Nicaragua that includes a fundraising coordinator, an operations manager, a team assistant and volunteers, all of whom are working together to further NICA’s mission.
